Who we are

Jet4You is a pre-launch service for booking individual seats on empty leg private jet flights. Data controller: [CONTROLLER NAME AND ADDRESS — to be completed before launch]. Contact: hello@jet4you.eu.

What we collect and why

When you join Priority Access we store: your name and email address, the city you fly from, up to three destinations you want to fly to, and how many people you usually travel with. Optionally — only if you choose to answer — we also store when you plan to travel next, how flexible your dates are, how often you fly privately, the price range you would consider per seat, and a phone number with your WhatsApp notification preference. We use this data for one purpose: to contact you about the launch of Jet4You and empty leg flight offers on the routes you declared, and to understand aggregate route demand. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given via the checkbox on the signup form.

When you sign up, we store your details flagged as unverified and send you a confirmation email. Clicking the link in that email marks your signup as verified. Signups that are never confirmed are deleted in periodic cleanups.

If you sign up through a member’s invite link, we also store which invite code brought you, so early members earn priority.

We do not store your IP address, browser details, or any tracking identifiers. The public site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. (A single authentication cookie exists only for our own staff area — visitors never receive it.)

To keep automated bots off the signup form we use Vercel BotID, an invisible check that analyses technical browser signals at the moment of submission. It shows no challenge, is not used to track you, and none of its signals are stored with your signup.

Where your data lives

Signups are stored in a private PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. The database is not publicly readable; the website can only write your signup, attach the optional answers you submit yourself, and act on the signed links we email you. Nothing else on the public site can read, modify, or delete stored records.

How long we keep it

Until you withdraw your consent, and no longer than 24 months after signup. Withdrawn or expired records are deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and a portable copy, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. The fastest way to delete everything is the self-service removal page — we email you a secure link and one click erases your signup. For anything else, email hello@jet4you.eu and we will act on it without undue delay. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your data with anyone. Our processors are Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Railway Corp. (the database described above), and Resend Inc. (delivery of the confirmation email and launch notifications — it processes your email address for delivery only). When we discuss route demand with aircraft operators, they see aggregate numbers only — never your identity or contact details.
